38. The Tribunal may allow a party to amend a petition, a complaint or its claims; it shall determine when and how it may be done.
A labour relations officer may also allow a party to amend a petition; the labour relations officer shall determine when and how it may be done. However, such amendment may only concern paragraphs a, b or c of section 9 and must be accepted by the parties concerned.
